TPB Job Posting HUB - Job Posting Terms and Conditions

Talent Pool Builder hereinafter referred to as TPB is strictly providing a job posting HUB as part of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) SaaS for you the Client to post jobs to job boards and posting networks of your choice.

TPB males no representations or warranties of any job board or network. All 3rd party job boards are owned independently by 3rd party job board or network operators.

You the Client should research and know all the terms and conditions of each job board or posting network you post to.

For any issues with your job postings on these 3rd party job boards or networks, the Client must deal directly with the job board or network directly. TPB is not involved with these job boards or networks.

The ability to post on these job boards and networks is for the Clients convenience only.

For many of these job board or network partners you may have to have an account with the job board or network. There is no guarantee the job board or network will provide you an account.

The Clients’ Master TPB agreement may contain charges for each job you the Client posts. You the Client agree to pay the charges as per your Master TPB contract for either each open job or each posting as per the Clients’ TPB agreement.

Each job board has their own content rules. You should understand their rules. Some job boards or networks require pay information. Job postings without pay information will be treated differently by different job boards and networks especially in regions where it is mandated by law to show pay information. Some job boards or networks will not run the postings and others will add pay information which may not be correct.

Applicant Quantity and Quality – TPB is not responsible in any way for the quality or quantity of applicants. The quantity and quality of candidates you may or may not receive is based on many factors including but not limited to: the individual job board or network you have chosen, the pay you are offering, location, Clients’ reputation among many other reasons.

Type of Organization – Job boards and networks treat different types of clients differently. Some job boards prohibit or charge more for staffing and recruitment firms.

No Liability - The Client agrees that TPB cannot be held liable for any loss, however caused, including but not limited to technical issues, loss of data, viruses, job posting inaccuracies, job posting locations, loss of applicant resumes or contact information, employee loss or for any other reason. The TPB system and the Job Post Hub is provided “as is” without warranty. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TPB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging, or resulting from the use of the TPB system and the Job Posting Hub.

No Refunds – Once a credit card has been processed a purchase has been made, there are no refunds for any reason. Refunds are never provided for any reason.

Terms – The Client agrees to pay the credit card issuer the monies charged. Job posting credits may be used as soon as the credit card is authorized and placed into the Client’s account. No cancellations or refunds for any reason. If any monies become owing to NH, interest accrues at 3% per month until paid. Client is responsible for all legal and court costs of NH should collections or court action be required to collect any outstanding monies.

Currency – Canadian Job Postings are charged in Canadian dollars. US job postings are charged in US dollars.

NO AGREEMENT, VERBAL OR OTHERWISE NOT EXPRESSED IN THESE TERMS THAT YOU THE CLIENT ACCEPT WHEN YOU CLICK TO PURCHASE IS TO BE CONSIDERED PART OF THIS CONTRACT.

This is an Ontario Canada contract and will be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Region of Peel, Ontario Canada.
